With only 16% fat, it’s perfect for spreading on sandwiches or as an ingredient and flavor enhancer in cooking, such as in soups, pies, or pasta sauces. Kavli soft cheeses are locally produced in Älvsjö, and to ensure the best possible quality and taste, we always use top-quality hard cheeses and the finest ingredients. All Kavli soft cheeses are pasteurized, making them safe for pregnant women to consume.
